Issue with Keap and Lulu workflow

Hello,

I already connected Keap and Lulu accounts, but when I hit save, I got this error https://tinyurl.com/25tjp34a

I tried reconnecting all of the apps but still the same. Any idea how to resolve this?

Please follow the exact steps shown in this video to establish a new connection with your Lulu account and see if that resolves your issue.

Kindly record your screen throughout the process of making the new connection. If the issue persists, please share the video in this thread. We have moved this thread to Private Discussions to maintain confidentiality.

Hello @horseclass,

Please note that currently, we only support production credentials for Lulu. Sandbox credentials are not supported at this time.

We recommend switching your Lulu account to production level. You can reach out to the Lulu support team for more information on how to obtain production credentials.

Once updated, please try performing the action again using the production credentials and let us know how it goes.
