Issue with OpenAi Assistant Response

Dear Pabbly,
I am trying to create automation by using the google sheets to input data to my assistant and generate and get the response.
issue is it is returing the same response.

Hello @mian_m_abdullah,

Please change the order of the list message action to descending. This way, the new message from the assistant will appear first at the zeroth index, allowing you to utilize it more effectively.

Additionally, please increase the delay time to ensure the workflow gets enough time to fetch the response properly.

one more question:
I am adding the 100+ enteries at once in google sheets and cause the sequence issue how can i limit my workflow to process one query at a time even I add 1000+ in my google sheets?
 
I am adding bulk rows in my google sheets and my workflow is processing it as is but problem is it is overlapping the results.
let say I copy pasted the 1000 rows and added in google sheets to process it process all instead of completing previous one.
is there any way I can process one row at a time even if add 1000 rows data at once ?
 
please have a look at picture.
issue is i have to copy past the titles at once in google sheets as a input and i want to process the titles one by one and get the complete result and then move to next one

As per your current workflow structure, adding multiple rows to the Google Sheet at once may lead to several issues, including:
  1. Rate Limits: Both Pabbly Connect and Google Sheets have rate limits, and adding a large number of rows simultaneously can cause workflow errors.
  2. Overlapping Issues: When multiple rows are added quickly, the trigger may fire for several rows at the same time, causing data processing conflicts.
To avoid these issues, we recommend restructuring your workflow as follows:
  1. Trigger Step: Use the "Schedule" app in Pabbly Connect to trigger the workflow at a set frequency (e.g., hourly).
  2. Action Step 1 - Get Rows from Google Sheet: Use the "Google Sheets - Get Rows" action to fetch the rows in array format.
  3. Action Step 2 - Process Rows: Add an "Iterator" action to process each row individually.
  4. Action Step 3 - Add Delays: Use the "Delay" app to add a delay between each row to avoid rate limit issues.
  5. Action Step 4 - Add Processed Row to Target Sheet: Use the "Google Sheets - Add New Row" action to add the processed row to the target sheet.
