Hi Pabbly Support Team,
We are currently using Pabbly Connect to collect data from our Facebook Lead Forms. In our lead forms, we are not using any autofill or autofetch options—all information is entered manually by the user.
However, we’ve noticed that when responses are received, the phone number field automatically adds the country code +91 in front of the number. This is causing an issue with some of our client software systems, which are configured to accept only 10-digit numbers. As a result, the last two digits of the phone number are being truncated.
We would like to know if there is a way to collect or pass the phone number exactly as entered in the form, without any automatic prefixing or extension like +91.
Screenshot are attached for reference.
Any guidance or settings we can adjust to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
