Issue with server busy in Workflow

Hi team,

I'm using Pabbly Email Verification inside my new Connect Workflow, and when testing I get the response Message: Server is currently busy. Please try again later.

When this is in a workflow, does it automatically try again later, or does my workflow then stop and the following tasks are never completed?

How would I know if this occurs when the workflow is released on the client website? It could be missing multiple and random records and my clients leads would not be processed as they should be.

Please let me know how to avoid this issue in future – otherwise this services is really not an acceptable solution for my business.

During workflow execution, if for some reason an action step fails, it will automatically be re-executed, and you will receive a notification via email.
