Hi everyone, amateur automator. I'm a small business owner that uses TidyCal to manage appointments with customers. I am trying to do something seemingly simple, but can't figure it out. I want to send an email to my internal team when a new booking occurs. I set up New Booking (TidyCal) as the trigger, and the Action is SMTP (Pabbly). In my email body, I want to include the booking time. However, the time options I'm looking for don't show up in the mapped data options.
Within TidyCal's platform, there are ways to add dynamic content, showing a screenshot below. As you can see, this has the option of booking.date, booking.time, and booking.timezone.
I was hoping to see those as options within Pabbly. However, the only Pabbly mapped optons I see relating to time are res1 starts_at and res1 ends_at, but those are in a not user-friendly UTC format, e.g. 2026-01-31T16:00:00.000000Z. So it's hard for me to directly use that in my emails with customers.
