issue with Woocommerce

Hello Dear ,

I have issue with capturing full data of order I have the Payment and note is not captured .

For Note : we have this error message : sorry you cannot view ...
For Payment : is not visible on workflow

Can you help me to fix it .

Hi @kyron900,

The webhook trigger used in WooCommerce is descriptive-based and captures whatever data the application is sending. We do not have any control over the data that WooCommerce sends to Pabbly.

Please go to webhook.site and check if you are encountering the same error here or not. I have shared a video below that will help you understand how it works.

hello is the some issue can I get any help on it because data coming from Woocommerce with MISSING PART : payment + Note , did I need to check something on wordpress

Since the error response is generated from WooCommerce's end, I suggest you get in touch with their support team to gain a better understanding of this error.

Im really need one of your team because he will understand sure the issue because you have deep on Webhooks , I already subscribed to paid service in your service but know I cant use it for simple raison have missing data in pabbly so please if we can open ticket to resolve this issue that wil be really helpful to use your service for long time

This is not a pabbly connect issue, you need to connect with your worpdress developer to solve this.
