issue with workflow not all facebook leads are forwarded to google sheet

automate leads from FB form to Google sheet. the leads are not populating on Google Sheets. The test lead filled through the lead ads testing tool comes on the sheet, but actual leads from the FB form are not getting populated.

If you are experiencing difficulties in receiving lead data from the Lead Ad form, you can use the non-instant version of the trigger event to retrieve the new data.
