Dear Pabbly Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently using the free plan on Pabbly Connect and need clarification regarding the functionality of workflows. I have set up a workflow to send WhatsApp messages via AI Sensy when a user fills out the form on my landing page.

The workflow shows as successfully executed in the "History" tab, but I am not receiving any WhatsApp messages in real-time, despite the execution being marked as successful. Could you kindly confirm if there are any limitations or restrictions on the free plan that might be causing this issue?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

There are no limitations or restrictions on the free plan with Pabbly that would affect WhatsApp message delivery. However, if the response from AiSensy indicates that the message was successfully processed, but you still aren't receiving the message in real-time, we recommend contacting the AiSensy support team for further clarification.

Since the response from their end confirms that the message should have been sent, they will be in the best position to investigate why it wasn't delivered.
