Issues with Email Parser

I am having issues with a workflow using the email parser. It worked before but now it continually shows as "waiting email parser response".
I have tested the outbound email and it works fine and arrives at other inboxes. But the parser isn't working now.
I have also tried sending in test emails to the parser and nothing seems to work.
Any idea on how to fix this issue?

I am using the new workflow layout.

Hi @dan90,

Please disable your current workflow, clone it, enable the new workflow, and then try setting up the Email Parser trigger step again in the new workflow by following the steps shown in the video below:
