issues with time zone in schedule

Hi team,
I have a schedule workflow time my time zone set up (GMT-3), but it turns out, that it is not picking it up correctly.
Tried changing my account to Kolkata time zone - it worked.

Please fix it.

This was a remporary issue, I just re-created it and it works now.
