JAVASCRIPT TO CONVERT BASE64 TO PDF

I am receving a base64 string via webhook by pabbly which can be long upto 2-3 lakh characters, i want to run javascript code to convert that string into pdf and map that in my google drive or sheet later.
how do i do that?
the code is giving some error.
please give me easiest way possible or insight or code to run this.
