Jivo Chat App is in trigger but not in action

Hello Pabbly Team,
Jivo chat app is there in "Trigger" section but not in "Action" section.
What is the reason for this? I want a contact to be created in JIVO CHAT whenever an inquiry form is filled. Can you please help.
