Keap Tag Triggers

Are "Infusionsoft by Keap : Tag Added to Contact" triggers instant? Sometimes workflows will trigger right away after a contact gets tagged. Other times it can take a couple of hours to trigger a workflow after a contact has been tagged. And once in a while, it won't trigger at all after a contact is tagged.

The "Infusionsoft by Keap: Tag Added to Contact" trigger event is a poling-based trigger event that fetches the tagged contact in 10 mins.

Kindly monitor the triggering data on your workflow for a while and let us know if you again feel that the trigger is not capturing the webhook response in or after 10 mins.

The "Infusionsoft by Keap: Tag Added to Contact" trigger event is a poling-based trigger event that fetches the tagged contact in 10 mins.

Kindly monitor the triggering data on your workflow for a while and let us know if you again feel that the trigger is not capturing the webhook response in or after 10 mins.

I've been testing it out and it is triggering randomly or not triggering at all. It's triggering withing 10 minutes 10% of the time, within 2 hours 30% of the time, and not triggering at all 60% of the time.

Could you pelase share some of your data logs where you feel that the trigger didn't fetch the contact from your Keap account? So that we can look into it and can assist you accordingly.

FYI - The Keap trigger event will always fetch those tagged contacts which you have selected in your Trigger event. Not every contact which is having a different tag.
