Is there some video training for Google Sheets on how to get Pabbly to read row 1 when triggered, then row 2 the next time, then row 3, etc... :)

You can use 'Counter' along with 'Get Row(s)' action step to achieve this use case. Watch this video till 14:35 minute mark to understand how that would work.
