Kit to ThriveCart Learn+ workflow stopped working

I have a workflow that when testing worked great, but having had 2 occasions where it should have fired, nothing happened.

The trigger is when a tag is added in Kit. The action is to enroll student in course in Learn+, and then add another tag in Kit.

I've had 3 students that have been tagged since I published the workflow and nothing happened.

I turned off the automation for now

Can you please set up a new connection with Kit and add a few tests? Please monitor the workflow activity and if after a few hours the same issue occurs please let us know.
