We are still struggling with the technical account as our testing account got discontinued, we have tried reaching out to the support team and the process is taking time. It would be great if you could share your credentials with us so we can speed up the upgrade process. you can share credentials with us via an email- [email protected]

Do note that the account is required only for testing purposes after implementation we will update you so you can change the password.
