Kommo Integration with E-mail Parser

I registered an e-mail to receive the leads from a platform and used the integration on Pabbly do redirect these leads to my Kommo account, creating New Leads.

But I didn't find where to include the most important thing: the body of the e-mail, with lead's contact and message.

Is it already possible to do it using Pabbly?

Hey @lucasmaia

Upon checking the API documentation of the Kommo application, we found that there is no field available to add the body of the email with a lead contact. Hence, we are unable to add that field.

We recommend you to refer to the API documentation for better understanding.

I got it! Just created another automation that captures the body of e-mail and includes it as a note on the lead. Thanks!
