Lead Connector Appointment Integration Unclear Instructions

Hey All,

I am new to the product and I am struggling to connect pabbly to Lead Connector Appointments. I don't know what TimeSlot is asking for. I clicked the link for the formatter and it brought me to a landing page that was trying to re-sell me and not useful. I don't understand who's phone number and email this is asking for here. I have spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out. Super frustrating.
