Lead not being created from Manychat to Infusionsoft by Keap

Upon reviewing your workflow, it's apparent that the Company ID you're providing is either invalid or does not exist within our Keap account. Consequently, the API is declining the request to add the lead.

Hence, kindly ensure you input an existing account detail with a valid company name before attempting the process again.

However, how do I extract the company name to this field without a custom field?

Based on your workflow, I couldn't find an alternative field from which you can capture the Company ID.
