LearnDash: Cannot add a user to group.

Hi, I cannot add a user to my learndash group.
Here is my email: [email protected]
The workflow name: gform > learndash

In my workflow, I have used two learndash action blocks. For 1. To enroll users in the course and 2. Add the user to the group.
So, should I use both blocks in one workflow? Or just the #2 block can be used. The reason I am asking the question is, in the #2 block why there is a field named course name?
Is the above-mentioned case causing an error?

Please pass the Group Id instead of the Group name and the entry again. And map the user Id in place of the user's name.
