Link Facebook to Instagram

I have an activity called Yafa

And I want to link Facebook and Instagram together

So that if anything is published on Facebook, it will automatically be published on Facebook
And the same idea in the stories, please

I tried to link them more than once, but I failed for the name. I need help or anyone from the team to do this project for me, please
