Lookup Zoho CRM Deal Record By Custom Field

I have a custom field called "order number" which is a unique number for each deal.

I want to update the deal based on the "order number" field.

How do I update a Deal Record in Zoho CRM by matching a custom field like the "order number" field?

You can try using Zoho CRM: Global Search action event along with Zoho CRM: Update Lead action event to achieve your desired result.

Thanks. Now how do I update the deal record? When I pull the deal record, it doesn't have all the custom layout fields that I have setup in Zoho CRM. It shows all the default fields as if I never customize Zoho CRM.

Try using the Zoho CRM: Insert/Update Record action event instead, which should have the custom fields you set up.
