Loyverse Customer Code

When I make a connection with Loyverse, I get: Full Name, Email, phone number, address, city, state, Postal code, Country code and Notes, but the Customer code is missing Why?

Sure, here it is. Im trying to create a new customer in Loyverse when a new response is received in a Google Form.
