I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I have a form in Makeforms which has a repeater group field. The form is also integrated with Google Sheets.
There is a notice in the Integrations section that "This form includes a repeater-group, which is not compatible with integration, so repeater-group fields will be ignored."

Is there a way to solve this issue?

The form is a for student registration for a martial arts gym. The repeater group field is for parents who have multiple kids. Rather than submitting the form thrice, they need to only do it once.

Could you please share a screenshot of the notice you’re referring to? Also, please share the Workflow URL where you’re facing this issue.

The notice in the Makeforms Integrations section that says "This form includes a repeater-group, which is not compatible with integration, so repeater-group fields will be ignored."

I can't even start the workflow because the fields in the repeater group do not show up in the flow like height etc.

The fields under the repeater group start from 'Full Name' until 'Which classes?'.

The MakeForms trigger is based on descriptive webhooks, and we don’t have any control over the data that MakeForms sends to Pabbly Connect. We simply provide a webhook URL and capture whatever data the source application sends. If certain data isn’t sent from the source application, it won’t appear in the response.


We recommend reaching out to MakeForms support to understand why the complete data isn’t being sent to the webhook, as the limitation appears to be on their end.
