Router Using Old Data to Add Row in GS, Instead of Latest Values

Hi All,
Greetings of the day!
I have Telegram Student Registration Form, whenever a Student Registers, UChat sends the data to Google Sheets via Trigger event.
Students are from 6 to 10th class. After all the steps, finally Data is successfully pushing to two sheets (Student Registration & Student Enrollment for a Course)
For class which i initially mapped with capturing webhook (here Class_10), data is coming flawlessly (Test data)
I used Router - Filter & Add row steps for suebsequent classes.
When we test the student of different class say Class_9, Student Registration for Class 9 is capturing the data perfectly but Course Enrollment for Class 9 student is capturing the old data (Class 10) (which i mapped initially while webhook capturing).

Tried all possible ways but not happening.

Could you please make a short screen recording and elaborate on your exact concern? Based on the Task History ID, it seems the data passed to Google Sheets is coming from the steps above, which was fetched during automation.
