Managing conversations created with the WhatsApp Cloud API?

Hi there guys!

I have already checked the tutorial "Collect Responses From WhatsApp Official Cloud API to Google Sheets", right here:

But I think we all agree that this is so unconvenient and unpractical.

I guess this is not by any means Pabbly's fault, but is there or will it be some a way to manage and respond from a smartphone o PC to the conversations that are created with the W. Business API?

What I thought I would get with the Cloud API is a new chat on my phone or PC any time the API triggered, just like a real whatsapp conversation... but I don't.

Is that even an option?
