MANDATORY_NOT_FOUND

While following the steps to intergrate Zoho CRM with Shopify, we are encountring an error message "MANDATORY_NOT_FOUND" in the Value next the Label "Data 0 Code".
Contacts are not getting fetched to the Zoho CRM.

Any help will be appreciated.
