Manual test working, but does not work when external triggers occurs

Hello,
i'm kinda new here, this software is super!

My workflow:
Trigger: new post on facebook page with text + picture

Actions:
Post the same post on facebook group (text + picture)
Post the same image on telegram channel (only picture)
Post the same text + image on another telegram channel (picture + text)

I have a problem: I created a workflow and all is connected and activated but the Manual test working meanwhile when it's activated and it should read the external trigger it does not work.

What could i have done wrong?

Hey @alessandroa

As we can see in your account the workflow seems turned off, so could you please confirm that you have tried it in live?

Further, the " Facebook Pages: New Post" webhook trigger is a pooling-based webhook that takes up to 10 mins to receive the data from Facebook.

Kindly try the workflow again in live mode and let us know if it is still not working.
