I need help.

I'm trying to import a tag from Manychat to infusionsoft based on prefered contact method.

Example:

If someone clicks on Text Message how do I apply the tag "Text User" to their infusionsoft profile? Any ideas on how I can do this?

Based on the workflow you have shared, it doesn't appear that you are receiving any tags from the ManyChat trigger step. As a result, the use case you are describing, unfortunately, is not possible.

Is there a trigger I can set? Or do I have to put these into separate flows to get them to tag properly?

The webhook trigger used in ManyChat is description-based and captures the data sent by the application. We do not have any control over the data that ManyChat sends to Pabbly Connect. Since the Tags are not being sent from ManyChat's end, I'm afraid there's nothing we can do from our side.
