Mautic Connectivity Issue Help

Hi everyone,

I am having issues connecting Mautic.

The login credentials are definitely correct, could you confirm what you mean by base URL, and if I have entered correctly? What else could be wrong?

Please check out our tutorial video on Mautic, for a better understanding. Also, try clearing your cache memory from your Mautic.

We have recorded a short video for your better understanding, please check that out and try re-authenticating the Mautic action event again.
Also, try clearing your cache memory from your Mautic.
