Message with LINK in Whatsapp API with 360Dialog

Guys, I need help with this topic.
How to send a message containing a LINK (url) for the receiver to click and direct to an objective (like call to another whatsapp number, google maps address, open an app, etc)

Already solved..

What happened was:
the link was in the message text correctly.
The thing was... I started a conversation and the receiver hadn't responded. As soon as I had the receiver's interaction, I was able to send the message with the link correctly.
Moral of the story. If we initiate a conversation, we must have the receiver's response to continue the conversation.
I made mistakes but I learned and I hope I have contributed.
