Helo mam i have integrated my gsheet with pabbly and after that i have connected onlinelive support with pabbly but every time when a new lead is coming to g sheet the message is not going through my automation workflow what to do mam

Please confirm if you have checked the workflow history to confirm whether the workflow is working as defined or not.

Meanwhile please share the workflow name as well so that we can review at our end as well.
