Meta Lead → Router → Assign lead to salesperson based on adset_name

Hi! I have a workflow like this:

Meta Lead → Router → Assign lead to salesperson based on adset_name
For example:

  • If adset_name = H1 → send to Salesperson 1
  • If adset_name = H2 → send to Salesperson 2
  • etc.

The problem is that Pabbly only shows the field adset_name after the first real lead comes in, so I can't configure the router conditions beforehand.

Question:
Is there a way to make Pabbly recognize adset_name immediately (before the first lead is received), so I can set up routing rules without waiting for a real lead?

Or is there any method to send a test lead that includes adset_name, instead of the default Meta test leads (which don't contain ad/adset/campaign metadata)?

Thanks!

Hello @neumen,

Currently, to achieve your use case and set up the filter as per the ad details, you would have to wait for a real lead to get captured under the workflow. Besides that, there isn't a possible way using which you would be able to set up the filter.
