How to authorize Mindbody in Pabbly Connect?
1. Select "Mindbody" Trigger/Action:
Within Pabbly Connect, navigate to the action step and choose "Mindbody" as the application then in the action event select the event you wish to perform, such as "Client Created".
2. Configure the Connection:
To establish a connection, select "Add New Connection" and log in to your Mindbody account. If you already have an existing connection, you can opt for "Select Existing Connection" instead.
How to activate the permission on Mindbody to establish a proper connection.
1. Log in to your Mindbody developer account: Mindbody Developer Portal.
2. From the dashboard, navigate to the Account section.
3. Go to Site Permission. If no site is listed, proceed to Site Activation.
To activate your site, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Site Activation section and enter your site ID. You will receive an
activation link and code.
2. Log in to your Mindbody owner account at the Mindbody Owner Portal and open the
activation link.
3. Once the link is opened, enter your activation code.
To use the Mindbody application as a trigger, you need to activate the webhook.
5. Once the workflow is turned off, refresh the page and click on Response Received.
6. You will find the subscription ID and webhook URL there.
Now, turn the workflow back on and refresh the page to ensure it is active.
In the trigger step, click on Save and Send Test Request and perform the desired action in Mindbody (such as creating a client or patient). Once you create a client in Mindbody, the data will be captured in Pabbly Connect.

- After a minute, turn off the workflow.
5. Once the workflow is turned off, refresh the page and click on Response Received.
6. You will find the subscription ID and webhook URL there.
Now, turn the workflow back on and refresh the page to ensure it is active.
- In the action step, select Mindbody as the app and choose Activate Webhook as the action event.
- Map or enter the subscription ID or webhook URL.
- Click on Save and Send. Make sure your workflow is active; once you click Save and Send, the webhook will be activated.
- Once activated you can remove this step.
In the trigger step, click on Save and Send Test Request and perform the desired action in Mindbody (such as creating a client or patient). Once you create a client in Mindbody, the data will be captured in Pabbly Connect.
