Monitor Multiple Columns in Google Sheets

When setting up a webhook for google sheets can you tell it to send when one of multiple columns changes?

If so how do you input the range?
Trigger Column:
The trigger column will be your final data column on which if the data is added, the whole of that row data will be sent to the webhook URL
P,Q,R,S,T?
P:T?

You can not input the range, there can be only 1 trigger column.

As a possible workaround you can try adding extra column after all the columns you mentioned and update or add data to that one as well whenever any other trigger columns data is added/updated.

This is pretty stupid if I'm honest.
How are you supposed to trigger on sheet updates if its only monitoring 1 column?
