Monthly Subscription using Paypal

If I want to charge $100 as monthly subscription, do I need to enable the Subscription option in Paypal as well?
or will Pabbly handle this?
When I spoke with Paypal India, they said that Paypal Subscription isn't enabled by default and they will enabled it on case by case basis.
I am based in India.

Hello Deepak,

We would like to inform you that there is no need to enable subscription in PayPal. You just have to create a 100$ monthly subscription plan on our Pabbly Subscription Billing and the transactions as well as billings and other task will handled by our software.
