Hi everyone,
I have set up a workflow in Pabbly Connect to connect my Google My Business (GMB) account with an Excel sheet. The setup works well initially – every time someone leaves a review for my restaurant, Pabbly Connect detects it and automatically records the review along with the rating in the Excel sheet.
However, I’ve encountered an issue: if a reviewer later decides to update or change their rating on Google, this change does not reflect in the Excel sheet. The initial rating remains the same, and the updated rating is not recorded.
Is there any way to configure Pabbly Connect to detect these rating changes and update the existing entry in Excel accordingly? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
