My pabbly subscription plan giving error saying "This plan is temporarily inactive:

Why am i getting this error? It says "This plan is temporarily inactive". I have a lifetime basic plan and Pabbly Plus 1-Yearly Plan - Tier 2. Neither my transactions have exceeded to the limits of both the plans. I have neither got any warnings or messages or notices regarding the same. My business is running on it and this is totally frustrating, annoying and unprofessional. How can an account suddenly gets inactive. There is no support or customer care to look into such issues on urgent basis. Can you help in fixing this issue?

My payments have not exceeded the limits I have in my plan. I have 2 plans running, one is the Pabbly Subscription Billing Life Time Deal Starter Plan (Limit of $2500) and another plan, which is Pabbly Plus 1-Yearly Plan - Tier 2 (limit $20000). I am 1000% confident and can prove that my payments have not exceeded $22500 as per my plan. Kindly look into it and fix this issues asap
