My Yearly Plan Is Not Working!

Hey Pabbly Support, The previous month I purchased a yearly plan of Pabbly and my 13000 tasks are consumed, it should be renewed every 26th of Oct according to the billing date but it's not getting renewed and showing to upgrade. Please help me with it. I am attaching the screenshots of my current plan and the error...
