Credit issue. Can't understand the logic of it and when does it reset?

I have an issue with my pabbly chatflow account credits. Does it reset every month?
I have a yearly plan of 20 000 credits. and when does it reset?

Yes, the credit reset occurs on first of every month in case of yearly plan.
