MySQL : trigger time

I can see that the trigger time for Mysql is 1 hour .
Is this the same for all plans ?
Does it really mean that if data is added this trigger will not automatically work but it may work even 1 hour later ? (which is far from 15 min of zapier in this case)

The trigger interval is different for apps. So the trigger with 1 hr means, it will check for new data in every 1 hr. In case you need the RSS trigger to work for 15 mins then we can do that as well if you have a premium account of Pabbly Connect.
