Need Additional Data Points for Facebook Leads

When connecting to Facebook Leads I noticed that the data received back from Facebook doesn't make available the:
Campaign ID
Campaign Name
Ad Set ID
Ad Set Name
Ad ID
Ad Name

This information is crucial to what we do for tracking our campaign performance outside of Facebook and keeping records of where leads are generated from. It would be great if those additional data points could be made available with the Facebook Leads integration.

You can use the Instant version of "Facebook Lead Ad" to capture the response with related data of Lead ad Forms.
