need help for chat flow

Hi, Preeti
This post is regarding the recent interaction on yesterday's meets as discussed.
we are using two flows Google Form to Google Sheet and Google Sheet to WhatsApp.
flow 1 is almost working correctly, but the second flow is getting an error in some cases, like when we send WhatsApp template message from sheet to the receiver. The
receiver is getting the message, and if the receiver is replying instantly, the response is captured in Google sheet. Accordingly, that's ok, but if the receiver does not reply the previous message
and later on the next message comes and the receiver replies to any of the messages, that record is updated in the last rows, which is not ok.
So I need your help to resolve this issue on an urgent basis.
thanks

Hello @BHUPENDER,

Thank you for sharing the detailed explanation of your current setup and the issue you're facing.

As per our review, the workflow is currently configured to send data from Pabbly Connect to Chatflow, and upon receiving the response, the data is then routed back to Connect for updating the Google Sheet and notifying the respective salesperson. This setup works as intended in a linear scenario where the receiver replies promptly to the latest message.

However, in cases where multiple messages are sent simultaneously and the recipient responds to an earlier or different message later, the “project name” or identifier gets overwritten by the last message sent. Since there's currently no way to store or track individual custom variable values for each unique message in Chatflow, this results in mismatched data mapping when the response is processed.

Unfortunately, due to this limitation, there is no immediate workaround to accurately track and associate responses with specific earlier messages in such scenarios. If responses for multiple messages come in a non-linear fashion (e.g., replies to older messages), this may lead to inconsistencies.
