Hi there,
I am using an automation to confirm payment using pabbly connect which then uses the whatsapp api to try and keep the flow consistent for the customer. So after payment is confirmed it seems to them its all part of the same chat.
I have gotten it to work but then it leaves the customer stuck with no follow up messages from the chatflow.
So I decided to use quick replies and then program in keywords to direct the customer after a sale.
However, they aren't working.
One of the quick replies is "Main Menu". When clicked it does nothing but when you manually reply to the message "Main Menu" it works.
Is there a way to get this to work?
I have tried the 5 options and none of them work but they work when I manually type the message out.
