WhatsApp Template Quick Replies

Hi there,

I am using an automation to confirm payment using pabbly connect which then uses the whatsapp api to try and keep the flow consistent for the customer. So after payment is confirmed it seems to them its all part of the same chat.
I have gotten it to work but then it leaves the customer stuck with no follow up messages from the chatflow.
So I decided to use quick replies and then program in keywords to direct the customer after a sale.
However, they aren't working.

One of the quick replies is "Main Menu". When clicked it does nothing but when you manually reply to the message "Main Menu" it works.
Is there a way to get this to work?
I have tried the 5 options and none of them work but they work when I manually type the message out.

Its the chatflow not registering the template message quick replies that is the issue not the connect workflow but I will send over what I have been working on.


When I click "Main Menu" quick reply I hoped the chatflow would trigger the "Welcome" chatflow but it doesn't do anything.
When I type "Main Menu" it will work.

I was using booking_paid6 template.
I used a chat with myself and I marked the chat for you with a message.

Upon checking, we noticed that the workflow where you encountered the issue appears to have been deleted. However, we tried replicating the scenario on our end, and it worked without any errors.
