Need help in Doc to pdf conversion

Hi i want to personalize my doc with the user name and the current date & agreement date which i have the details in a google sheet, how can i do that before converting it into pdf. please help!

In this video at 6:15 you can see that in the Google Docs step, you can enter the name of the document and other details according to you.
