Need help with Google Sheet mapping

I have docparser which reads a pdf and sends information to pabbly. In my scenario, the pdf doesnt have a court id but has court name, i want to create a mapping document in google sheet and get the id which is constant from that sheet and feed it to the next step. It seems to work sometimes and sometimes it fails. Please help
