Need help with proper automation that will not affect existing WON Deals

Hi, I have setup an automation for Intercom and FreshSales Suite that when specific lead tag is added, it will update the deal stage on FreshSales Suite [open deal only], but currently, if the lead has previous WON Deals, and added let's say a Pending Sale Tag on Intercom, instead of updating the newly added deal stage (engaged) to pending sale, the one that is being updated instead is the WON deal, which will then become Pending Sale. We don't want all closed deals to be touched/ updated when we add tags on Intercom, we only want this to be effective on the open deals...

Thanks!

Hi @Couch Skins,

It seems that you added a Filter step to your workflow after the Line Itemizer; that should fix your issue.

Just out of curiosity: Is there a reason why you are using Line Itemizer instead of the Iterator after the 'Search Deal' action step?

Good question and here's the reason:

You need to Disable the Simple Response, only then will the data be recognized by the Iterator
