Need help with sending notification when my virtual assistan doesn't reply in 1 hour in Hostaway

I manage properties and i have virtual assistance. I want to have an automation of sending me an sms o slack notification when my virtual asistan doesn't reply to the guest in more than 1 hour. If someone here can help me I can pay for that automation.
