Needing help setting up API or webhooks

I would like to use Pabbly Forms to enter data and then use Pabbly Connect to send that data to our online learning platform (LearnUpon) to set up the user (if not already) and then enroll them on a course. LearnUpon does have API,but I do not know how to set this up and make these connections. How can I get help for this? Thank you
